I was born in Lima, Peru. When I was twelve years old, I faced one of my toughest challenges, moving to an unknown country. Coming to the United States not only brought me happiness because I got to see my parents after fourteen long years, but it also gave me the opportunity to overcome my fear of learning a foreign language. With hard work and the support of my family and teachers, I was able to surpass this obstacle and learned to speak and write English. I have acquired my Bachelors degree in Production Management and currently working in the fashion industry. I believe I have what it takes to compete and win the title of Miss Mundo Latina US. Winning this title will create even more opportunities for me to continue promoting and upholding the heritage, legacy, traditions, and roots of our culture at a national level. Every day I continue to grow and find new ways to better myself in order to become a successful woman. Eventually, I would like to someday be able to give back to society and help those in need.
